  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Any additional charges such as Cash on Delivery (COD) fees will be mentioned before order confirmation.

4. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.

6. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please do not accept delivery.

  • If accepted, record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
